Annie the ...... no words to explain her !

Anna Belle is a unique little girl... her hair is getting so long I was able to put it into pony tails!! She hates me doing her hair.. when I say " Annie, lets do your hair" She runs away shaking her head.

I just love the expressions on her face!!

We are sitting here, watching Daddy & Tietjen clean up the yard!

GO DADDY GO !!! GO TIETJEN GO!!!

When Tietjen was this age, we have a picture of him eating pizza also.... just had to capture it with her.... plus do you like her newest scrape... she fell on one of the trains... we still have not been able to get a clear face for her year old pictures... maybe someday!!

Fun at the Park

Friday my mom was babysitting my niece Kristie, so we all went to Tautphaus Park were there is a very small amusement rides. For 85 cents Tietjen can ride a train,which he loves.

I am riding the Train with Anna Belle... see Tietjen in his conductor hat... he was all geared up for this trip to the TRAIN!!!




Tietjen loved riding the Carousel going up and down on the horse... after about 3 times around.. than he wanted off and was done... he didnt like it anymore. (Anna Belle is sitting on Nana's lap)

Next to the trains is the airplanes.. he wanted to ride it..so here is is SCREAMING AND CRYING... this is only the first time coming around... the kid turned the ride off and we got him out... I was laughing so hard... because when he got out he said " Whew..." and that was it!!

Tietjen & Kristie go another round on the train.. this time as passangers and not the conductors!! We had lots of fun!! Thanks Mom for taking us!!

Tietjen's First Running Away

Last night Tietjen became very upset and told us that he was "going away". It all began because he has a cut on his finger and he wanted another bandaid. I told him that he needed to take a bath first, then he could have a bandaid. That was not good enough for him... after 4 or 5 times going over this, he bacame so angry that he ran out the door, yelling and crying " I am going away" . I ran back in to get the camera, I wanted to capture his first "running away" I was trying so hard not to laugh.

Here they are exactly like I took them......

Here he is running to our neighbors yard....
Here he is standing there.. Jeff is trying to talk with him... he is crying...
Here he is running toward the other neigbor on the opposite side of the first neighbor.. so he ran back along the sidewalk, behind the van......


Here he is running back into the house... I guess that was as far as the "running away" went.
Oh, and he is still crying....

I love this boy... he makes life wonderful and fun and a HUGE lesson in Patience!

Five Years and still going STRONG

It's our 5th Anniversary. We were married on Thurday, June 12th, 2003

So I thought I would share a little about Jeff & I and the past five years.

Where we meet: Leatherby's, Taylorsville, Utah - May 2000


How long dated: Technically like a month before we were engaged- December 2002

(both served a mission during this time frame of meeting and becomming engaged)


Proposed: Like 3 times - once at my parents house, after asking my fathers permission. Then once at the Salt Lake Temple and then I recieved my ring at the Jordan River Temple.


Married: We were married in the Salt Lake Temple, for all TIME & ETERNITY - I love knowing that I get him FOREVER!!!


How many different places lived: We have lived in 2 apartments (Taylorsvile, Utah), 1 condo(Murray, Utah), 1 duplex (Pocatello, Idaho), and 1 house(Idaho Falls, Idaho).


Greatest Memory : Every day... just being with Jeff is fun, exciting, and full of laughter. Having two children - that look exactly like their father and ACT like him aslo!!!


Hardest Memory: Trying to get pregnant with Tietjen (took over a year), then misscarrying. Then misscarrying again before getting pregnant with Anna Belle.


Future Plans: Enjoying each day as it comes (especially this summer when he has no school) and just knowing that I am his wife for ever.


Supporting Jeff, as his finishes school, in 3 more years hopefully. Get pregant again.... closer to when Anna Belle will be 3 years old .(I want more time before I have more kids) Then going where ever life takes us.. to Utah or to California..to Virginia... I am up for the Adventure. I love change!!




I love being maried to Jeffrey. He is the greatest and most wonderful man. I love him so deeply. He is the most wonderful father, loves to spend time with his children. They love him lots also.

Anna Belle is born - our family keeps growing

Chalk it Up

Tiejen and I spent some time outside, while Anna Belle was taking a nap.

I draw him pictures and he "gets in and plays in them". I know he is a silly boy.

This one is of his room. As you can see on his face, he laid down on the bed I drew.

He is sitting in his rocking chair I drew, right now.??? He is silly!!!

He told me to draw him "dinner" so I drew a turkey

which he is eating at this moment, cake, punch and his cup.

He is drinking from his cup.

And of course we ALWAYS draw a Train. He is sitting in it

and pulling the whistle and saying"Whooo Whoo!"

OH, and his outfit he picked out himself!
